R.O.L Of GMO Inforgraphic

During the class of Biology, the learning objectives are to understand the pros and cons GMO products. This is valuable to my future because I will understand the benefits of gmos while knowing the dangers too. In my future I will know what products I prefer so I can buy them. The project that I am submitting as an artifact for Biology had the following learning objective. To understand the different between gmo foods & not gmo foods.

The assignment or project was about choosing a gmo fruit or vegetable. Listing what other genes that were now into the fruit or vegetable. And required me to both pros and cons. Along with a picture. The Process I went through to do this project was first to research the fruit or vegetable. After that I had to list a few cons & pros. It was hard because there weren't many article of gmos.Throughout this process listed above  I have realized I have learned or grown in the following ways. I have a better understanding of gmos. This links back to the learning objective. This tells me the following about myself and how I learn is that i need a lot of article with a lot of information. In order to have a better understanding of gmos.

The Two School Wide Learning Outcomes I demonstrated with this Artifact are Applying technological skills for the 21st century & Thinking critically and creatively.I have demonstrated applying technological skills for the 21st century. I demonstrated this by looking up information in my chromebook. This is important because it shows I did use 21st century technology skills. The Second SLO I demonstrated was thinking critically & creatively. I did this by listing both pros & cons of gmo foods. This is important because it shows that I was brainstorming ideas.
I could have improved the SLO Mastering skills needed in career and college by using more descriptive words other than good or bad.

Overall the  the most important things I have learned in this class this year are the pros and cons of gmos. The research helped me figure out which ones are the once I personally prefer. These skills I have learned in this class will help me in the future by having more knowledge on certain types of foods.

ROL Semester 2

During the Freshman class of Biology. The learning objectives are to be able to know the difference between monocots and dicots. This is valuable to my future because I will know the difference of the flowers. With the differences between monocots and dicots, but with some similarities. It also had a flower(monocots) pressed into the paper. The project that I am submitting as an artifact for Biology had the following learning objectives. It was a venn diagram with the differences between monocots and dicots, but with some similarities. It also had a flower(monocots) pressed into the paper.

The assignment or project was about knowing the differences between monocots and dicots. It required me to list the differences along with some similarities and i had to dissect the flowers to find out if it was a dicot or monocot. The Process I went through to do this project and meet the learning objectives first started with learning the differences of monocots and dicots. Then I had to pick a flower that was a monocot and another flower that was a dicot. The I made a venn-diagram. After I dissected the a flower and I presses the other one to a paper.Throughout this process listed above I have realized I have learned or grown in the following ways.I have more knowledge of monocots and dicots. This tells me the following about myself and how I learn that I learn better when we do hands on activities.
The Two School Wide Learning Outcomes I demonstrated with this Artifact are applying technological skills for the 21st century and thinking critically and creatively.
I have demonstrated applying technological skills for the 21st century in the artifact by typing the ROL on my chromebook. This is important because technology is now used more.
The Second SLO I demonstrated was thinking critically and creatively by being able to list differences and similarities. This is important because It shows my understanding.
Overall the  the most important things I have learned in this class this year are are the differences and similarities about monocots and dicots. These skills I have learned in this class will help me in the future by knowing the difference in flowers.
